As part of the company’s continuous endeavor to develop the capabilities and enhance the skills of our technical team, dedicated personnel from the Engineering and Electrical Maintenance Departments recently participated in a training program focused on operating and maintaining the Generator Static Excitation System. The program took place at the training center of BRUSH SEM s.r.o. (a Baker Hughes company) in the Czech Republic from November 6 to 9, 2023.

These training initiatives play a crucial role in fostering knowledge exchange and equipping our team with additional skills in the maintenance and operation of generating units. The program also included a tour of the BRUSH electric generators factory, along with a visit to Doosan Skoda Power Company and its Turbines manufacturing workshop, providing valuable insights into the manufacturing processes of electric generators and steam turbines across both companies.
